When I'm not blogging, I spend my time merchandising and pinning. And when I merchandise, I come across a lot of great finds from clothing and unique toys to novelty products and accessories. And when I pin, I think about all these awesome things that I merchandise and should feature on my boards, like creative accessories and nail designs.

Back in high school and college, my hubs used to play poker with our friends all the time. I mean...all the time. So much so that I know all the rules: the difference between the river and the turn, a flush draw, that four of a kind beats a full house any day, and when to go all in. But let's feminize the art of poker a little bit with these accessories that you just might consider pinning. Because remember: pinning is winning!1. Rachel Essex Bakelite Poker Dice earrings on Asos
2. Funtasma by Pleaser Poker Pump on Endless
3. Swarovski Poker Spade bag charm
4. Lizzie Fortunato La Punta Necklace at Charm & Chain
5. Playing Cards Lariat Bronze Necklace on Etsy
6. Poker Faced Dress by Anthropologie
Sidenote: I've never seen the Lady Gaga "Poker Face" video in its entirety. Like me, you probably have a Nail Love Pinterest board that includes a ton of inspirational nail art. Do you have any poker-inspired designs on your board? If you don't, then you should because these poker nails are pretty stellar. Whether or not you play, you'll probably still want to rock these designs on your nails every now and then.Sally Hansen should make some salon effects in this style, am I right?
If they already exist, please leave me the link on where to buy them in the comments!

ReplyDeleteI love those pumps from Endless, Cheryl. Purrrty:)
This is really cool. I love the nails. The ultimate for me would be a pair of shoes with this design. It reminds me of my fiance's 21st party a couple of years ago which was poker themed. Everything was poker accessorised, so much fun.
ReplyDeleteGosh, I wish I had the skill and patience for that ... oddly enough it's easier for me to make a shirt, haha! The poker nail art is brilliant. I love it!

I totally agree Sally Hansen should create these as salon effects, but at least we can always a tempt to DIY which will be awful on our left hand hehehe :P
