First I want to say congrats to my nephew CJ for becoming a Tampa Bay Buccaneer over the weekend!
Usually, I do outfit posts on Mondays, but I was given an offer I couldn't refuse: talk about my mom and give you muses a chance to win 10 $50 gift cards! What I love most about my mom is that she is a quiet soul. She has never been much of a talker, but when she does talk, she knows exactly what to say...and people listen. And that's something that I hope I was able to get from her because I would consider it to be the best advice she ever gave me, without even saying a word.
Happy Mother's Day!

That browns are my color. Even growing up in the 80s and all those colorful eyeshadows, I wasn't able to wear them. But I did look like a clown. I've worn the same eyeshadow for over 20 years!
