This is my holiday party look that I wore to The Exploratorium museum of science and art in San Francisco over the weekend. Some sparkle but nothing crazy. And I realize that when the cape is closed it looks like I'm not wearing any shorts, but my idea was to tell everyone at the party that the no shorts look was in and on trend.

You can see what I wore to the holiday party last year. Clearly, I associate holiday parties with capes. I didn't want to wear a dress because it's pretty cold here these days, but I still went ahead and put on shorts instead like a fool. This look is very similar to the inspiring look that I created for office holiday parties.
