In case you didn't know, my first two weeks of July were spent in South Africa, vacationing in both Johannesburg and Cape Town. Since those places are on the other side of the equator, it was winter in July. Thankfully I brought layers and the temps were pretty nice for the most part. As you can see from the pictures, I got to experience a lot of things, including visiting Nelson Mandela's and Desmond Tutu's homes, going on a few safaris and game drives, and taking in the beautiful scenery of South Africa.
