Reverse Reactions

I'm a huge fan of rompers, if you couldn't tell by now. Although they can be a little annoying when it's time to go to the restroom, I really do love everything else about them. And right now, I can't get enough of the Reverse jumpsuits and rompers on Shopbop. I mean, the illusion neckline on this piece is only matched by the crochet design at the leg openings that are absolutely stunning. I just can't.

So as most of you probably know, the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is currently on and poppin' as it runs from 7/17-8/2. But I'm pretty sure if you wait until August 2 then everything you want will be all gone. I had a pretty hard time scooping up a pair of Halogen and Topshop flats. I'd add them to my bag and then the size would magically be sold out or on backorder while I was filling in my shipping information. But I did manage to scoop a pair of these Halogen Olson flats for $59.90 instead of $89.95! I first bought them in red then re-visited the site an hour later and saw that the haircalf version I really wanted was back in stock in my size, so I bought those as well.

Have you ever had a reverse reaction like that? Have you ever bought two of almost the same thing because the one you really wanted became available? Granted, I'll probably return the red ones and just keep the haircalf version, but who can say for sure, lol.
