Trend Spin Linkup: Hudson Was Here

Sponsored by Zappos
All my best shopping is done online. And I like to do a lot of that shopping on Zappos. They have a large selection of all my favorite brands and styles, while also offering a promise of fast, free shipping, a 365 day return policy and world class customer service. That's why it was such a breeze to get these Hudson Nico mid-rise ankle skinny jeans in rhubarb.

I was able to peruse the Zappos site to search their entire Hudson inventory until I landed on these rhubarb jeans. I ordered them on September 28 and they arrived on October 3 -- less than a week later! Even though these fit like a dream, it would have been super easy for me to return them for a different size or style without any hassle with the help of their online customer service team. In the fast pace world we live in today, the Zappos service really ties in with the busy lifestyle of the modern woman. It's nice to count on a service that's so reliable!

Luckily, these Hudson jeans--which I think come in the perfect color for fall--are the perfect fit and really represent the stylish and trendy free-spirited vibe of the brand. I kept the look trendy with this lace-up bodysuit, but also added a classic twist with the pumps.

When it came to styling this look, my entire outfit was based around my Hudson jeans. The color really stood out to me, so that's why I went with this blush colored bodysuit. FYI, this is my first bodysuit ever! Style tip: If you want to tuck your top into your jeans, try getting a bodysuit so that everything stays taut and you don't have to worry about anything bunching up.

Before I forget, this faux fur stole is aptly named. After I took these pictures, I accidentally dropped it on the ground and drove home. Once home, I realized that I didn't have it nor was it in the car, so I went back to my photo location. Sadly, the stole had been stolen. But I hope that it's now keeping someone else warm and cozy this fall. Keep it safe, stranger. Keep it safe.

On the Muse: | Hudson Nico mid-rise ankle skinny in rhubarb c/o Zappos | Lovers + Friends deep sea bodysuit (also comes in stripes) | Cupcakes and Cashmere long sleeveles vest (similar) | Gucci nameplate pumps | Target faux fur stole (similar) |

And I'm taking part in Trend Spin Linkup today with Laura of Walking in Memphis in High Heels and Erin of The Fashion Canvas! This week, we're focusing on vests, which is why I've added this long, sleeveless one to my look today. The linkup will go live Tuesday morning, so be sure to come back and add your post to be a part of the fun!

  8. Pity about the stole! That happened to me with a fedora hat that I had, but I left it on the metro and never found it. The purple pants are so vibrant! Love it! :)
