Lookbook: Polka Dots And Stripes


Lookbook

You have no idea how long I've been trying to incorporate this white blazer into an outfit post! I bought it about a month ago from H&M and just couldn't find the best way to pair it with other pieces in my closet. It was one of those staring into a closet full of clothes and thinking "I have nothing to wear" moments.

So then I decided, screw it! The blazer will get worn when it gets worn. And now I've finally found a good combination for it: Star Wars t-shirt, shorts and leggings. The shorts-leggings combo is hot, and who doesn't like mixing stripes and polka dots!

(she is, indeed, a handful!)

(Kelevra means "bad dog" in Hebrew and I kinda got it from the movie Lucky Number Slevin, which goes with this dog naming theme we have as my other dog is named Inigo Montoya, which comes from the movie The Princess Bride)

Pink belt - Target; Shorts, leggings, top, blazer, headband, shoes - H&M or Forever 21.

Aside from getting something from the H&M Conscious Collection, I will not be shopping there this month. I still love it; I just want some variety.

    Great blazer! I actually find it to be quite versatile, you could easily pair this with jeans or a cute skirt. Like your outfit choice though, the tee is awesome!

    Cute! I just hate it when I buy something I love and then I can't find anything to wear with it. I think that's why I tend to buy whole outfits. Sometimes I'll buy a piece and it will sit in my closet for months before I finally buy something new and suddenly it'll all come together. I think your stripe jacket would look good with jeans and a bright pink t-shirt too.

    Super cute - you and the pup! Puppies are a handful for sure. Mine is 6 months and has already had major surgery...to remove a foot of her intestines...becuase she ate my bra.
