Interesting times. Not sure what to say, other than I didn't really mean to pair my olive bomber jacket with my olive faux leather joggers. It just sort of happened that way. These jogger pants don't get out much, and that's a pity because I actually really love them. And I really love how well they've kept up considering that I've owned them for at least three years now. It looks like I've only worn them once on the Muse back at the end of 2014, which I find truly difficult to believe, but I seriously do love everything about them.
First: the color. A nice olive shade like this makes it so easy to pair these pants. They work with both light and dark tones.
Second: the fit. Remember how I consider myself to be a proponent for comfy/chic style? Well, I think jogger pants (when done properly) are the epitome of that. There's no way you're going to be uncomfortable in these. And it's so great how easy it is to dress them up with the right pair of heels.
But here I am talking about the joggers when you guys probably want to know more about the ribbed choker tee, right? The choker look is a trend that has really taken off since the end of last year. I love how adding that one piece of extra fabric around your neck can really upgrade a regular top. Do you muses have any choker tee looks planned for the rest of February? I think a top like this one would be fab for tomorrow as a Valentine's Day casual look. What do you think?

You look so chic, Cheryl! WOW! I understand about how beloved items sometimes don't see the light of day as much as we'd like. I actually bought a pair of cashmere joggers (way on sale) and despite them being the most comfortable article of clothing I own, they don't get out too much for fear or ruining them! xo
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you that joggers can be the epitome of comfy/chic style. Fit and styling are key though. Fab job styling this entire look!
ReplyDeleteYou are looking very chic and I think the choker sweater is a fabulous piece that you'll be wearing over and over!
