It's now been three months since I started using the Curél® HYDRA THERAPY WET SKIN MOISTURIZER. Let me share my thoughts now that I've reached the end of this journey.
Month One: The Transitioning
Back in March, I introduced you to the moisturizer. This was back when my skin was transitioning from winter to spring temperatures. The Curél® HYDRA THERAPY WET SKIN MOISTURIZER was the perfect addition to my daily routine because it is activated when applied to wet skin. As I mentioned in that post, I'm a fan of a semi-hot shower, which isn't always the best for my dry skin. So it's good that I was able to use the wet skin moisturizer right after my shower to really seal in all the moisture that I had lost. Applying it right after a shower made it super simple to use every day.Month Two: The Awakening
By the time I hit month two, I was almost done with my first Curél® HYDRA THERAPY WET SKIN MOISTURIZER and ready to get started on the second bottle. I had already transitioned it into my daily skin care routine, so it was time to make sure that I was incorporating other ways to end dry skin. Some of my problem areas were becoming smoother and less flaky. And since it was finally sunny out, I wanted to make sure that I was using the wet skin moisturizer when I exfoliated, before applying sunscreen and makeup, and before going outside with eye protection.Month Three: The Beginning
I might have stated that this is the end of my journey with Curél® skincare, but it's also the beginning of so much more. It's a product that I can easily find at various stores for a super affordable price, and I can truly rely on it when it comes to diminishing the signs of dryness. A couple of my problem areas were the creases in my arms and my shoulder blades, but now my skin is quite smooth there -- just in time for summer tank top weather. But it should be said that I have not ended my dry skin. Like I've noted in the past, I have eczema, so I'll most likely have to live with dry skin for the rest of my life. But incorporating the Curél® HYDRA THERAPY WET SKIN MOISTURIZER has presented me with less skin issues. And if you don't suffer from eczema or psoriasis, then I have no doubt that this wet skin moisture would do wonders for your skin as well.
Now that I'm aware of this item, I can continue to use it in my skin care regimen throughout the year so that my skin doesn't suffer from too much dryness when we hit the winter months.

Oh I love Curel! They have nice products especially for those with sensitive skin. I first discovered them in Japan and wow. I love their foam wash. I didn't experience breakouts as often as before. :)

Oooh. I want to get my hands on some of this. In the summer, I use that Palmer's Cocoa Butter Oil right after showering. Maybe I'll mix it up!
ReplyDeleteLooks great, will have to try it. I cannot live without moisturiser.
ReplyDeleteI am convinced I need to pick up a bottle of this!
