How to Create a Holiday-Inspired Look with Burt's Bees Beauty at CVS Pharmacy

We're in the middle of December so I know your calendars are filled with upcoming holiday gatherings. No holiday look is complete without gorgeously glam makeup. The new Burt's Bees beauty kit is the perfect addition to your makeup routine this season as it offers a complete set of long-lasting, natural cosmetics.

I'll showcase how I use my Burt's Bees kit for an easy holiday-inspired look. You can find the kit at CVS Pharmacy -- a convenient destination for beauty this holiday season. In September, Burt's Bees Beauty, a color cosmetics line launched in 3,100 CVS Pharmacy stores, making them the first retailer to carry these new products. Everything from the line is included in the beauty kit, except for the tinted lip oil.

Working With the Right Tools

To apply the Burt's Bees beauty products on my face and eyes, I'm using the Everyday Favorites 5-Piece Brush set by Beauty 360. This must-have brush collection from CVS Pharmacy is crafted with synthetic fibers to deliver a flawless makeup look. From the set, I used the powder brush, the eyeshadow brush and the foundation brush. Beauty 360 offers an extensive range of personal care and beauty essentials making it easy to achieve professional results at home.

Concealing and Correcting

The Burt's Bees beauty kit comes with all the basics you need. But if you're looking to conceal imperfections and correct color, then you'll have to add in the NYX Professional Makeup 3C Color Correcting Concealer. The NYX palette -- also available at CVS Pharmacy -- comes in six color correcting shades that glide on for an ultra-smooth finish. Use it to conceal and correct dark circles, red blotches and sun spots.

Goodness Glows Liquid Makeup

Mattifying Powder Foundation

Adding to the Lip Game

After applying the Burt's Bees glossy lipstick, I added on more layers by incorporating the Revlon Kiss Plumping Lip Creme in velvet mink and spiced berry. The lip cremes are made with a soft formula with a creamy shine finish. I also added another layer using the Revlon Ultra HD Matte lipstick in devotion. The addition of these Revlon lipsticks, which you can find at CVS Pharmacy, really added to my holiday glam look.

Removing the Holiday Glam

While it's fun to get glam, skincare is so important, so removing that holiday glam is a must. One of the best products to use to remove all of this fabulous holiday glam makeup is the Nourishing Coconut Milk Daily Facial Scrub by Promise Organic.
