Editorial: Plastic Dreams

Muses, I have returned!

I had a fun little family and friends vacation that included snowboarding and sightseeing. If only vacays could last longer. But now I'm back and eager to catch up on your blogs. First things first, I bring you a beautiful editorial.

These images are from the magazine Plastic Dreams, which is published by the Brazilian footwear brand Melissa. The brand is known for its signature jelly shoes and has collaborated with both Vivienne Westwood and Jean Paul Gaultier in the past. This is the fourth issue of the magazine but the first one to have a global audience.

Katy Perry is featured on the cover and in the editorial.

    the editorial of katy perry looks neat, she's always a big fan of colors in her latex outfits. love the make up on some of those models!

    The stylists in the fashion editorial made me actually find jellies stylish...amazing. Love that the model creates height by pointing those toes as well. Lovely.

    I don;t usually love Katy Perry's stage style (too literal), but I think she's' beautiful. It's nice to see her here in a fashion editorial. Good luck easing back into things after vacation (it's always so hard to come back!!).

    This editorial is really beautiful. I love the shoes too, but I just don't know if I'm ready to give jellies another shot. Sweaty feet in the summertime...not so much.
