Lookbook: Who Knew Nolita Print was F**kin Perfect?

Not sure if you're aware, but two great things happened last week. One - I celebrated my birthday on Saturday, which means one more year spent on this planet figuring out life. And two - I went to my first P!nk concert and it was amazing. And her opener was The Hives--how interesting!

The concert was a birthday gift from the hubs. I've been telling him for years that Pink has a great voice, and he finally got to experience both her voice and her stage presence. She is a true performer, y'all. I recommend seeing her in concert if you get the chance.We took these photos before the show. It was great because we didn't lose light, got free parking, a discount on our yummy sushi pre-show dinner, and no one spilled their beer on me. Total score.♥ Day 7 ~ Song That Makes You Think of a Certain Event: So What by P!nk ~ because it clearly reminds me of her concert. She played it as the first of two songs in the encore and did her usual acrobatic greatness by flying through the air from pole to pole while strapped to some sort of harnessed contraption. This was when I got the best view of her and when the hubs decided he was impressed.

FYI, the hubs is like the biggest Beyonce fan. After Pink's concert he said, "I don't know how Beyonce is going to top that." Just sayin'.♥ Day 8 ~ Song That You Know All The Words To: Semi-Charmed Life by Third Eye Blind ~ This was super easy for me. There are a ton of songs that I know all the words to, but I am thoroughly impressed by the fact that I know all the words to this '90s jam (even the extra part that comes in after 2:23 even though it's not in the video). By the way, I think this is my favorite photo shoot to date because I love the pictures, the background is awesome and the Prabal Gurung shirt dress is brilliant. I die. And thanks to Krystal of The Feisty House for giving me the 411 (do people still say that?) on these fab F21 heels.
