I had a refreshing cranberry gin fizz at the cocktail party and said hello to a few more bloggers that I hadn't had the opportunity to meet earlier at the conference, but I couldn't stay long because I had been standing in heels (without insoles) for 12 hours and my feet were threatening to take me out to a back alley and shoot me.

The left is how I was feeling, but the right is how my feet were feeling. Damn you, hills of San Francisco. FYI: The title of this post is from a Michael Douglas TV show from the '70s.
What do you think of this look?

I feel your pain! Standing in heels for 12 hours in itself is difficult enough. Pain aside the shoes are really cute, and I'm loving this all black look on you!
ReplyDeleteYou look so chic Cheryl and I would totally change too for a cocktail party but knowing me, I'd forget the heels or something. Those are so hot on you and I can't believe they're such a good deal.
