Inspiring Style: Radiant Orchid Love

As the Pantone color of 2014, radiant orchid has been seen all over the blogosphere. I wasn't too sure how I felt about the color at first, but then I realized that it works best in small doses. It's like the perfect accent piece.

I love radiant orchid as a nail polish like this Molly Coddled color by Butter London. Just enough shine to accentuate your fingers. And the Radiant Rush matte lipstick by Sephora might not be a shade that would work on me, but I think it really pops.

Call me the bag lady because I totally want to get my hands on that Mulberry carryall. This is definitely one of the best ways to wear radiant orchid because the accessory stands out yet gives you a way to dress yourself in other complementary tones. But if you want to do this color in a piece of clothing, I would recommend a flowy skirt. Wear it long like this Simona jacquard by Tibi or get a short skater skirt for a bit more fun.
